Salmon Dashi Chazuke: cooking class

First,we make Sweet and Salty Salmon Ingredients

  • Salmon fillet 800g (1.8lb))

  • Water 500ml

  • Salt 5 tablespoon

  • Brown Sugar 2.5


Direction:


  1. in a large enough container that salmon will fit, poor water, salt and sugar, then mix.

  2. Add salmon and marinate 24 hours in fridge.


Salmon Dash Chazuke


Ingredients

  

  • Sweet and Salty Salmon

  • White Sesame

  • Green onion (chopped)

  • Nori (cut small pieces)

  • Short grain rice(cooked)

  • dash


Direction:


  1. Make dash with dash packet. add salt to taste.

  2. Serve rice in a bowl.

  3. Add green onion, nori, sesami on the top

  4. poor dash on 3. enjoy!
